Youth Leadership Institute (AKA YLI) is an Area of Focus under Alpha Kappa Alpha's 2022-2026 international initiative Empower Our Families. AKA YLI is a youth-led and highly interactive leadership development program designed to empower and engage youth, ages 11-13.
