• Majoring in Behavioral Science, Counseling, Human Services, Psychology, Social Science, Social Services, Social Work, or Sociology in college

• Attending a historically black college or university (HBCU)

• Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or better

• One letter of recommendation

• An essay expressing why you selected your major and how you will utilize your degree to help
  people in underrepresented communities
