Workshops for Adult Attendees:
Workshop I (11am - 12pm) – Building Successful Financial Habits (Choose Session A or B)
- Session A: Securing Your Financial Future: Healthy Budgeting & Savings Strategies (Description: How do you manage your household finances during         times of uncertainty? This session will provide an overview of core practices for creating a budget to manage your household income and strategies for     building a healthy savings.) OR        Â
- Session B: Building Your Economic Wealth: An Intergenerational Conversation About Investing (Description: From young adults who are beginning their career to adults who are nearing or at retirement. Come learn about investment approaches to help build a healthy nest egg. This session is for all ages.)

Workshop II (1pm - 2pm) – Surviving Financially After Covid (Choose Session A or B)
- Session A: Career Advancement and Economic Mobility (Description: Skills training and development are essential to economic mobility. Learn about free employment training opportunities available at the Department of Labor that will help you advance on the job, and in your career. ) OR
- Session B: Growing Entrepreneurship Post Pandemic for the Self-Employed & Gig Workers (Description: How are you navigating your business as an entrepreneur or a gig worker? What resources do you need to start and manage your business?)
Workshops for Youth Attendees:
Workshop I (11am - 12pm) – Money Matters for Youth
- Session C: Your Personal Finances: Financial Literacy Essentials (All Youth) (Description: Understanding your personal finances and how to build healthy financial habits as a young adult that you can carry into adulthood. Get ahead of the game by learning how to manage your money early in life.
Workshop II (1pm - 2pm) – Securing the Bag Post High School (Choose Session C or D)
- Session C: Other People’s Money: Securing Scholarships & FASFA (For Parents & Youth) (Description: This workshop will provide tips for completing the Free Application for Financial Student Aid (FAFSA) form and how to package a good scholarship application. Come learn about ways to leverage other resources to secure a debt-free college education.)
- Session D: I’ve Graduated High School, Now What?: Career Opportunities Post Graduation (Description: Youth may decide not to enter college directly after graduating high school. Learn about career opportunities available for you post-graduation and what skills are needed to be successful.)
